Description Here's the other tsukumo-gami! :3
I didn't really know what to do for background so I tried to remake the same ol' dark sky from the previous Raiko drawing. Which I will do again for the other Tsukumo Sister. xD
Of course, it was bland on its own without the lightning thingies.
So I just added those white thingies at the back. I don't even know what they are. xD
Maybe wind. Or something. lol. xD

Nice, unique powers all the way. That reminds me of that one scene in Stephen Chow's film where the villains murdered some of the heroes using music produced from chinese zither.
