like tips on how you color and shade the dress without making it look like a gradient and how you make the outline of the artwork look soooooo good! could you also tell me what i need to improve on?

the coloring was mostly brushing in low opacity and using blur on some parts to make it blend better.
as for outline, I found that drawing things on a big canvas and then making it smaller makes things look better in general XD
and I think you're on the right track with your art, you just need to practice more
