Description Chibi Daishinkan

A commission for , chibi Daishinkan the Grand Priest from Dragon Ball Super. 
Such a bit unique character here hehe. I like his backward blue Halo so much. :3

This time I've tried some new stuffs on animation. As you see the lightning effect here, that's a very fun part to make.
