Still working for Luna Negra, the student run literature and art magazine [link] that I did this poster for [link]

The magazine is being published soon, we created some covers for it, this is one of mine. This is actually the entire design, back and front; the left side would be the back and the rights side would be the front. It is not the design that is being used for the cover though, apparently it may be used for fliers or something though I don't know yet.

The design was based on this work [link] unfortunately I don't know the actual source. I don't actually like basing my works off of other people's designs but the head designer is really into it and was quite angry at the purely original collaboration my coworker and I did before this one.

After doing a sketch of how I wanted it laid out and how I wanted to make the shapes it was done in illustrator with the pattern and some color alteration added in photoshop.
