Yes, you can even use these for adoptables and commissions, as long as you give me credit for the base! Points and real money are totally fine!
You don't have to ask to use my bases, as long as you give proper credit, you're free to use them as often as you'd like! This includes using them for profile pictures and the like!

I'd probably make an Icon of my Mascot character Neocros, along with perhaps a Rainbow Dash one using one of your bases.
But I am vary bad at making ponies look good. So I'll just hope for the best!

You could also try adding different eyes, wings and horns to it.
Peoples putting different eyes/ or the boys nose/mouth next to the main picture for copy and pasting and wings/horns are placed on the body but in brigther colors (like blue or red) to show them or easy remove them.

Yeah, I was thinking of adding those. The eyes would be kinda tough, though. When I draw ponies, the style for both genders pretty much looks the same, but the males don't have eyelashes. Though you're right, I should add the option for wings and horns.
