A little commission for VanderCat who wanted a Daring Do sinking in quicksand (inspired by one of my previous pictures from long time ago that had a soldier pony in quicksand). Since I don't like Daring Do I thought it was a great idea so I agreed in the end. Also, he was a sweet talker so I had hard time being assertive

It's a non-newtonian fluid, which means that it normally acts like a partially solid substance, but quickly turns to liquid once disturbed by any entity heavy enough, and then re-solidifies just as quickly... which is where the difficulty comes with trying to escape from such a substance.
