Description
The fresh smell of wet grass awoke Miko that morning. Having been caught in the rain on his way back to the Nook, Miko had taken shelter under the roots of a dead tree. He was sure to get a scolding for missing curfew when he returned so despite the growling in his tummy he opted to procrastinate. He was used to getting in trouble anyway.

Miko plodded happily through Wynsiph enjoying the bustle of the morning when suddenly something caught his eye. A small square of chocolate brown fabric placed underneath a cooling pie on a windowsill. Miko's ears twitched; it was exactly his favorite color (and looked pretty nice with his fur too). He crept over toward it, tail in the air and head low to the ground. Surely no one would just miss a pie cozy right?

Alas- he was spotted! A large pink wyngro tilted her head at him from the side of the house, where she had been tending her flowerbed. She waddled over on two legs with a kindly smile, old as she was upon closer inspection, as Miko pressed his ears back and moved out of the way. The elderly wyngro soon invited Miko inside, really just happy for the company and conversation, and sent him home with a tummy full of yummy fresh pie and an only slightly used but very warm neckerchief.

A waling animation!!!! This took me all day lol. 20 frames and 10 hours all in photoshop and SAI.
