Discovered his petpage just yesterday, so I decided to look up the creator ^^
Really like the design you've made for him, it's eyecatching, so it's something you remember.
It's been a while since I played neopets, but I check it every now and then, and it's comforting to see that there are still good and dedicated artists around there ^^ Makes me want to come back, haha.

I really do love the chance in design. You did a great job on the details and I love the misty 'glow' around him. Very nice. Isn't that his old design that is glowing by the way? I just thought it might.

Are you kidding?! I see a huge difference! It seems you are trying very hard to pay close attention anatomically wise. And your coloring skills are getting better each time. it's those kind of skills I personally have huge issues with, and you're doing it very well.
The more you practice the better you become, so keep at 'er ^-^!
