actually, she's not mutant according to TNT :3
found theyr statement on that in the editoral in the neopian times (google is friend)
so my theory is that she's a chimera :3

I know it had something to do with a mirror and her vanity if I remember correctly.  Been awhile since I looked at the Book of Villains/Evil.    Especially with the GMC going on.  I just think mutants would look good this way.  Though I kind of like them looking like celestial beings.  ^^  The idea of her being a chimera is very plausible. ^^
