Description
It might feel redundant to include Rock and Ancient Power in Grant's Preferences, but as a dedicated Fossil user, I felt it appropriate to open up Grant to all prehistoric Pokemon, the better to differentiate him from other monotype Rock Trainers. (For the record, including AP as a Preference adds the following to Grant's pool: Tropius, the Regis, Yanmega, Tangrowth, Mamoswine, Dialga and Palkia, Genesect, the Galarian Fossils, and half of the Paldean Paradoxes.)

Since Grant's gym battle takes place on top of a mountain, that's what Summiteer does, and the rest is fairly straightforward. He's got lots of ropes and he's so good at triggering rock slides that he can teach it to your Pokemon.
