Gender is also taken into consideration, if you read the evolution info carefully. If a male Mime Jr. learns Mimic, it will evolve into a Mr. Mime. If a female Mime Jr. learns Attract, it will evolve into a Mrs. (or Ms.?) Mime.

Sadly I don't think this will happen because Mr. Mime was created before the Gender thing, and the Japense does not see it as a "Mr." and the name means something totally different.
