I kinda got side tracked while thinking of ideas for upcoming short animation we will be making. lolStaraptor is easily the best normal/flying Pokemon IMO. With awesome attack & speed with some great moves and ability (intimidate). I have been raising one recently and it's not bad at all.
Although now that I think about it, Togekiss also got a huge boost from evolution and is an awesome Pokemon as well.

Staraptor is a champion through and through. I keep one in my reserves since my main team would be ripped apart by an Electric-type if I had him on as a permanent member. When I do bring him out, though, he kicks ass and takes names.

Staraptor's my favorite of all, He's an awesome looking bird, and the way that they gave him an emo style just makes him look more epic. fast and strong, my Staraptor Raider can kill so much when I battle with my friends.

Staraptor should be God Tier...most people underestimate it, but the fact is that...itΒ΄s just so powerful and fast, it has great movepool (Close Combat, Brave Bird, Return, Quick Attack) and many times it scores HUGE neutral hits.

Someday i fought a guy who had a mascot Pokemon, it was Omanyte i remember...he switched and...I KILLED HIM WITH A NOT-VERY EFFECTIV BRAVE BIRD.

I just love how mediocre people think Staraptor is.
It's easily one of my best Pokemon, and I've gotten into a trend of saving it for a late game sweep. It just has so much power.
It has saved my ass many times.

Heheheh... My Staraptor is called Flutter (its name is too cute, I know), and she can own my bro's Palkia. Lol. If I can get enough Double Teams in early enough, she can even sweep the whole team! I love that bird.
I think Pidgeot looks better, but in battle Staraptor is the best! Haven't ever trained a Swellow, so I can't judge that poke.

Personally, Pidgeot is my favorite. I haven't had a chance to train a Staraptor, so I have no idea how he handles a battle.

Staraptor is more of an offensive version off Pidgeot I guess.
