...I wan't going to comment on how it should be related, but the Pokedex entry does say it 'is' related. Just sayin'.

I love the eye. I can look at it from different directions and it looks different each way. And the shiny form is actually pretty reasonable, as that color pattern would enable it to hide easier in sea grass.
