Here we are ladies and gents, the final OC bio pic: Gaston the Milotic. This last pic also has a guest appearance with 's OC, Amber.

Not long after Nefertari joined Dylan's team, Dylan was taking a break from his usual kidnappings and holding people against their will, to spend some time on the beach with his pokemon. It was here where he saw this milotic lying along the beach, looking at it's reflection rather admirably. Dylan spent some time watching the Milotic, figuring this kind of nature didn't suit it very well in the wild, that and an aquatic, serpentine pokemon would be incredibly useful in some missions, especially after that one mission where he nearly got caught trying to kidnap a rich girl from the S.S. Anne.

Dylan told the milotic about his goals, but above all promised told him about how both he and their captives would be treated well, and the milotic certainly didn't seem concerned about Dylan's goals, and gladly joined him, offering his swimming abilities and constrictive powers. Dylan named him Gaston, whom has the marvel scale as his ability, which is really only useful in the few instances where Gaston battles, as he doesn't like the idea of dirtying himself in a fight. His moves though include wrap to entangle prey, surf to allow Dylan and the others to cross large bodies of water, captivate to make attacking for enemies more dificult, and twister which is used on the rare occaision to disorient foes and give Dylan and the others an easy escape.
