Taking a break from the current commission I'm working on because coloring does not want to cooperate with me today.. coloring is my favorite thing when making art! But when I don't have a good idea of how to execute it it's really frustrating.This is a commission I finished last week for ~DemShockDiamonds ! I wasn't going to submit this, but the month's almost over so hey, why not post one more thing before it ends? The last time I submitted multiple deviations (like more than 2) in a single month was forever ago.. but NOT ANYMORE HOORAY

I love the color palette on this. The rough edges on the background gradient are a nice touch, and the poses look really natural!

Thank you! I've grown really attached to the crunchy brush Nolan gave us and have been trying to use it whenever I can haha "orz I'm glad it wasn't an intrusive touch to the drawing!

aw thanks! though I can't really take credit for coming up with those details; I was more or less referencing photos of the one who commissioned this and the guy haha. but I will try to avoid painfully generic clothes when I can!

I really love the lighting! The soft sunsetty colors are so pretty and I love how the light is coming from beneath them, it makes it feel so calming and ethereal 8)
