I wanted to try a more traditional paper cut stylle without the white edges!Admittedly it's only the background that's partially convincing haha.

Ah Drifloon is one of my favorites, I love his little bow and hat! The paper cut out style came out great, I think it's just Drifloon needs a bit more shadow to be as convincing as the bg. *u*

maybe next time make the shadow bigger! also put a shadow under every piece, it'll look like a collage ahaha and maybe change the color of the shadow to like a medium to light slate grey! annnnd if you add paper texture it'll look believable too! * < *

Ooh yeah I think I'm going to manually add more shadows next time b/c the photoshop drop-shadow option doesn't give shadows on enough edges. Man the collage effect totallyyy got lost on drifloon LOLLL. ty for the helpful tips!

ahaha did you change up the drop shadow settings? you can change the direction and the intensity, color size etc :'D
