As for your question, I've heard it's Eye-year-oh. But I always pronounce it like Eye-Ro. Not much help, is it.

Im not sure but i think The British (Me!!) Say it like Ear-oh
But the American say it like E-air-ro xD
Also like the English say Gerard (bristish accent) and the Americans say Ger-Rard xD
