For 's legendary pokemon competition

Muker came about exsistance when it was toxically enhanced by the team rocket team to be used for evil deeds. A muk was forced to envolope a weezing and strenuasly train under extreme radioactive conditions. The muk and weezing became strong together and bonded tightly. As their strength together grew, so too did their friendship. Together the hearts of the muk and weezing vowed to never submit to the evils at play and together they bided, waiting for enough power. Eventualy when they were too strong for team rocket to control they brutaly escaped to seek freedom. Destroying everything around them they knew they would never find peace in their old world. Banishing themselves to the sea they soon found an island being used to dump all of the cities waste. To this very day that is were they confide themselves.

Mukmer, King of sludge, lives on a far off shore island where the filthy cities of Kanto dump their waste. On it's island Mukmer governs all the other pokemon inhabitants. A single bubble from Mukmers body can wither aches of flora and infect scores of fauna within seconds.
