Go to the folder where Ken's costume files are located (do a search like ken_01) and replace the corresponding costume files (ken_01 is costume 1 and ken_02 is costume 2 and so on) with the ones from the mod (archive 1 is to replace costume 1 and so on).

i got it working but what i had to do was create the 'chara' file in BOTH 'patch' and 'patch_ae2' and then follow the steps of replacing the folders in resources. thanks for your help !

Glad i could help. If you come across a mod that crashes then perhaps the default costume was patched. Obviously you replace the patched file with the ones from whatever mod.

Just replace the old files with the ones from this skin. Do a search inside the game directory to find them.

The archives numbered are the associated costume slot. Choose which one you want replaced.
