So it appears Twisted Foxy does exists within the Twisted Ones, I was going to do a drawing of my interpretations of Twisted Chica and Twisted Foxy but now I won't need to do Foxy, but now I'm unsure if Twisted Chica exists because we've seen Twisted Freddy, Twisted Bonnie and now Twisted Foxy but Chica has been skipped again. Chica's Twisted Form is not in TTO. Only Twisted Freddy, Twisted Bonnie, Twisted Wolf and Twisted Foxy have roles. You'll be safe to do her.

She actually is mentioned. From new information, a line in the book says something about a chicken holding a cupcake when all the Twisted's buried themselves. But other than that she isn't described.

Basically, Afton Robotics built an audio device that can play frequencies high enough to screw with your brain and make you see the animatronics as you really think they are. Kids see them as cartoony mascots, the protagonists see them as they are in the teasers.
