When I met M'aiq in Oblivion, I always wanted to run past him, but my Argonian wasn't fast enough. So I maxed Julei-Zu's speed out until she ran past him. That day, she was the fastest Argonian in Cyrodiil.
Though originally, Julei-Zu isn't that fast. I was just messing around in the game.

I actually spent a great deal of time carefully leveling my character's skills so that every time he leveled up, he could add five points to three attributes. Eventually, all of his attributes were 100 by the time he was level 40!

I have never made a character who had all his skills and or attributes maxed out. Even when he did have one of his skill/attribute 100, I'd make a new character. For some reason I prefer to be weak then very skillful at something. Makes me too powerful. Though I could've always changed the difficulty...

Very true. The enemy leveling in Oblivion was always quite strange. At times, seemingly weak enemies would take litrally dozens of hits to kill.
