Uhm...I don't remember the shutterspeed I used here(as high as possible). But you need very much light and then you lock the focus at the place where the "thing" is falling(Like that area the strawberry hits the water. Use your finger or something to find focus at that point. And then lock the camera focus). And then you just take 10000 series of images when you drop your "thing" in the water at that area you locked your focus, and maybe one of them is good.
