Description A pair of Weaver Bird Nest, fallen from their secured positions.
this is a fairly common sight, especially now at the height.
of the construction season, for several reasons, usually the initial,
first few attachments of fine palm leaves, just are not secure.
or another more dominant male, will deliberately, undo these nest,
in order to get the best position for themselves...
Nest on the left maybe 15 hours old,
Nest on the right maybe 24 hours old,
in any one week there can be up to at least 20 casualties in this fiercely
fought war of territorial space, and if that isn't enough, the final finishedΒ
nests still have to undergo the female Weavers seal of approval,
any minor defects, and another nest hits the deck!!!
