Well, what can I say? The picture is very nice, so is Cynder. But it could have been cooler, if you put some more shading and shadows.
The only bad thing I see with shading is that there are too many highlights on her. Like she would be rubber or had fur and came out of water. Also, I like how you made the talons, very nice. Also, there are too many highlights in her eye, which would make her pupil desolate.
This picture would have been breath-taking if you didn't made her eye that... Massive. It's just unnatural. Not even in cartoon. Have you seen one goddamn animal like that? No. Unless it got into toxic waste.
And don't say it's "Your style". There's no such thing as "Your style" when it comes to anatomy. Even cartoonism needs some of anatomy!
So do us, respected artists a favour and make them eyes smaller. It's a big NO to them.

Your kidding me right? Almost every single damn cartoon have big eyes. Even in video games, movie's, and other people on DA draw even bigger eyes. Everyone's art don't look EXACTLY 100% what the damn character/thing looks like. It's a cartoon. They don't have to be perfect. Besides, there is no such things as Dragons anyways so why does it matter? Actually there IS such thing as a style. It's a god damn drawing. It doesn't matter.
And I'm pretty sure PlagueDogs123 doesn't agree with you,and that she just didn't want to be bothered or start an argument.

That can happen, because you're so used to the big eyes, so it may be a rather big change. But hey, practise makes perfect!

Nice job! I especially love how you did the metal- or seemingly metal, we will never really know what they're made of XD- parts on her, because they look so real. The eyes look wonderful, as well, very nice colour. However, I do recommend you might make them just slightly smaller in the future, simply because of how realistic you made everything else. They look very out of place, even if they are beautiful. Now I'm not forcing you to do anything, I'm just saying, if you want everything to look more homogonized (or harmonious, if you will), it would probably work better to make everything preportional. Overall great job though!
