Aisulumi for for winning the grand prize in Fell and I's contest! I really wanted to do something fun or this and I was truly blessed getting to draw such a stunning character. I wanted to do it all! a different perspective in a water setting that I have never tried before. I went way overboard and spent forever on this

Thank you! I just scan in my pencil lines then paint under them in Photoshop

How do you make it so the pencil layer is see through underneath, without disrupting the lining so you can draw underneath?
