If I have enough effort...
This idea popped inside my head for a while, when in Epic Mickey 2, the Mad Doctor said "*insert evil idea ramble end here* ...and I will become the GREATEST VILLAIN, OF ALL TIME!!! ", the thought of Bowser coming up to him (as he has been voted the #1 villain by a lot of companies and people) made me laugh. this is sort of a scratchy sketch, as you can obviously see some pre-picture lines. If I color this, i'll probably clean this stuff up.
