The vision is truly magnificent, I love it. Though others have said that you should use foundation, I personally enjoy the skin not being so impossibly doll like. WHile I like the colors, and get there meaning, I think that they could have related more to each other. Perhaps making the colours on the leaves a little darker, or matching everything else? I would also suggest maybe a bit of gold touches, just a bit, in the white streaks below the eye. I must add though, that I absolutely love the beads on the eyelashes. Absolutely gorgeous. Maybe, instead of gems, you could have done pearls, like candy pearls! I also love the contact. Beautiful! Wonderful piece!

this is beautiful. i really love it! i personally think u should use foundation first to clear the skin first. if u could, i would make the colours of the leaves to match the eye shadow, or at least darken them. this is more a work of art then makeup. i would use photoshop to edit the whites of your eyes, unless that is the style of it. the blue and red iris is really fantastic. i like the streaks of white running down her face. this is sheer elegance, and more art then makeup. keep up the good work!

This is amazing! I wonder where you are, I would definitely recommend you to any one looking for a good beauty artist! Your technique is amazing, style is original, and among other things, this is absolutely yours! There is no slightest trace of somone else's peice. My sister is a good artist as well, aand she does eyes too. This is your own awesome form of art, and I love it! Other people should love it too, well that's my opinion at least, I hope you don't get any bad critiques for your work. Good job, and keep doing what you do best! You are a great artist and I think you might get somewhere in the makeup industry! I am not very adapt at giving a critique, however I shall try my best.
The eyes are lovely and the texture can be felt as well as seen. The colors and shapes are exquisite; comparing and contrasting well together.
The statement is profound, reflecting well upon our society.
However, the picture alone does not say 'Candy' to me. I see more of the love of riches. I see diamonds, pearls, and gold with ceramic leaves. The riches of the world, but not so much of Candy.
The picture is gorgeous. The statement, profound. But the picture and the statement do not mesh.

This is lovely! The leaves and crystals are absolutely beautiful, and I think the amount is perfect. It's easy to go overboard on these things (for me, at least), so the striking elegance of the image is all the more breathtaking. I'm a fan of your work. I found one of your eye make-up pictures first, and it was delightfully whimsical, so I looked at your gallery and found that you do some very nice work in other mediums as well. I love the excellent use of texture that appears in all your works. It makes them visually interesting and draws the viewer in a little deeper. Texture is difficcult to master, but you have done it and I admire you for that.

beautiful makeup. the only thing is, (you can't tell from far away) up close it's pretty obvious that the swirl is shopped, I would have feathered and blended it a bit more. at the same time, given the fact that this is about candy and artificiality, I think you can get away with leaving it like that too
