It borders me to no end that I cannot figure out what this is a reference to.
Also it makes me think of a pony version of ocean's eleven called Twilights Eleven, where Twilight and her gangs of misfit friends tries to break into Trixie's casino in El Tronto.
However I strached that idea as I simply couldn't figure out why they would do it.

I have seen that video clip before and it equally baffled me.
I tried to look "bender" up in the online urban dictionary but I didn't get anything useful. I'm lost, I know it refers to something but I don't know what.

Okay, how about this?
At Canterlot Gardens (a My Little Pony convention in Ohio), a number of famous voice actors like Tara Strong, John DiMaggio, Grey DeLisle, and Quinton Flynn all took part in a "blind reading" of the episode "Boast Busters" (the episode Trixie appears in). At one point, John DiMaggio (the voice of Bender from Futurama) reads for Trixie in his Bender voice.
