It's an unmarked location made up of four shacks, three of which can be entered. In one shack, there's a skeleton in a bathtub. And in the bathtub, between the skeletons legs, is a toaster, which would suugest that the guy commited suicide by dropping the toaster in the water.

One time, the rubber "raider" glitch occured whewn I was walking to TenPenny tower, but it wasn't a raider that was glitching. It was a Bloatflie's legs.

I had the same thing with a giant rad scorpion who's legs followed me around D:

Also, one time I was trying to kill a few Talon Comopany mercanaries. I was nearly dead, so aI shot at the Corvega Atomic "Pirahna Car" V8, and it blew up, killing the mercenaries, but what also happened was the blast sent the car flying towards me. The car flew farther then it should've, and it landed on me, killing me. I was pinned under the rfront grill. Killed by a destroyed 200 year-old car! tHE HUMANITY OF IT ALL!!!!!

You know, everytime you enter a place everything loads right?
Also everytime you leave a house and go out in the open everything outside loads new. So somtimes it happens that you see a little small dot in the sky, falling towards earth or you hear something smash on the ground. This is because if a map has a sertain size there sometimes are some loading errors. So it happend to me one day that I was minding my own bussines when suddenly a Brahmin hit the ground in front of my feet turning everybody around histile agains me.
and now try to explain them that the Brahmin just fell out from the sky. :/
