Also, I really do think those added two panels where he takes a breath really added to the whole of the mood. But ugh I just really enjoy all your artwork and I'm so freaked out about what might happen next oh jeez.

Actually, it is debatable whether or not he is dead. On one hand, he did fail to defeat Holly, and Icarus had to finish the job. But on the other, Black says that Lenora "Didn't even have the strange to kill one of my pokemon" which would imply that either Butterfly didn't die, or Black didn't think he was a worthy of being called one of his Pokemon. Also, Butterfly was the most diverse charcter in the whole comic, and just because he wasn't a "sweety" or a psycho killer, doesn't make him anyless enjoyable or, for that matter, anyless of an important character. He was also more mature then any of the other characters in this entire comic. I'm sorry if he didn't bring enough humor to this sadistic comic, but he was one of the only serious characters who you didn't treat as a joke.

the reason i like this comic over a few of the other is that it's more of an adult setting and story. you know the story will be tragic, but seeing how it unfolds is what makes it so interesting. i would like to see all the past champions come in and try to stop him. Pitch Back VS. Red being the last match.

Awesome ending to the gym battle, loved the effects on Retaliate and Counter, but dude, that surprise at the end, wow. Just, wow.
