Oh, that was amazing. I didn't like it at first, but now I feel kind of bad for Black. The boy needs treatment...or needed....

So, who's Champion now? Black's busy being dead, N's lost his entire team, and Alder's off being a hermit or something.
This was kind of depressing. Nobody won.

To be honest, I wish there was an epilogue but with the way this was. It was destined, Black was an antagonist in his own story. He had to beat everyone since it was a nuzlocke and he kept going to the end. However he lived a terrible life, other then him dying in the end there really wasn't any other way it c worked.
It is a depressing dark story, but I feel like by the second half it's just sad for Black becasue he just seems to crumble away.

Yeesh..what horribly fitting end for our main protagonist..
While I did enjoy reading these, I can't shake the feeling that Grimsley's and Shauntal's words more-or-less reflect your feelings on this whole run, but you've already said your thoughts in your journal entry so I won't beat a dead horse.
I commend you though; you lasted a lot longer than some artists out there who've started a comic only to end it midway...sometimes after only a few pages (though I can't really speak OTL) and I'm sure it's been quite an experience, haha. Even though it wasn't executed in the way we were hoping for, at least you took the time and effort to wrap it up and officially end it via less-than-rushed cliffnotes, and that means a lot to us as fans, so thank you!

Love how Black disintegrated to a monster all the way until the end... I'm actually sad for Black, because he's the hero
Not the type to read carefully, so I'm wondering why Black turned good in the middle/wanted to be a hero, and then there's also why Icarus killed him in the end. But it's a nice turnaround, the first Pokemon he took taking this life.
Great job over all! I am so and happy and satisfied that I read this.

I find it kind of fitting that a monster would breed only more monsters and end up overrun by his own creations. Kind of sad really.

Good ending, it made it all worth it. (I'm likely in the unpopular opinion here, but the moment he started falling apart it became officially entertaining to me compared to how borderline insufferable he was at the beginning of the story.)

I'll be honest, I (and of course like many others), was not expecting that ending. I'm assuming the ripped parts are Cheren's last fight and the badge gate.
Anyway, even without the full comic it was nice seeing how things played out and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The art was fantastic, but I wish Black kept his hair but this does make things a bit creepier.
Besides that, I look forward to anything else you put up though I'm not sure if I have anything for the Q&A yet.

This is easily one of the bleakest ends to a Nuzlocke I have ever seen. I really loved how different your work has been to the traditional Nuzlocke. Moreover, I liked how Black's ending was... very fitting. It seems right really that Icarus be the one to kill him. Black made him (maybe even ruined him) and in then end he couldn't keep up with the darkness he had created.

He SO deserved it though it's just wow, Icarus looked up to him so much and Black just went into a slow decline before Icarus decided he was just so done.

I beat the game pretty much verbatim. Ghetsis' Hydreigon crit'd my Zweilous, and Icarus killed EVERYTHING.
