wish i had a better camera... and a better place to take photos... well i think i found one for the next time i take photos.

it took me a lot of time browsing on the web to find enough reference for the details on this pokemon. i think he looks pretty neat. and those paws were a pain to make! |D

this is SO COOL. I need to ask as someone new to this craft, how do you get your needle felted projects to look so smooth? Mine always have lots of stray fuzzy fibers around even though I heavily felt my projects. I am seriously jealous of your skill. I may have to try making a raikou for myself, even if it won't turn out half as awesome.

aww thank you
you dont need to be jealous, if you keep working you for sure will be able to create really unique figures .
hmm, its quite tricky, i think the ammount of loose fibers sometimes varies depending on the type of wool you are using, some are quite rough and end more messy and others wont. sometimes you can twist the stray fibers around the needle (carefully) and then pull them on to the piece you are working.
you should give it a try with raikou, i think you would en making something really good!

Wow. Needle felting is so hard...how do you do it?! I could really use some pointers.
I love how his legs look so muscular and well-formed.
