Drawing trees is so... It's funny that all themes I choose are my weakness OTL Sorry that the game development goes so slow.
Getting inspiration for this style takes a lot time, especially the background.
Anyway, this is Zeikun, one of the "obtainable" guys. I'm going to post one CG art of all maincharacters, so it will give a better impression of them.
In the beginning I had a lot trouble with his design, but somehow he turned out like this =v=.... I heard a lot positive feedback and he appears one of
the most favorite characters, so I keep his appearance unchanged.
I heard some people like the side characters better, probably because they are more detailed. The reason is that they look the same during the whole game,
unlike the maincharacters who have different outfits. Side characters have to look good too, right? xD

Have you any tip or tutorial about how to choose colours SO WELL?
Did you start coloring in B&W for ciaroscuro and then put the colors, or you work with colors from the begining?

I can't tell or explain how to color 'good' because it depends someone's taste. It happens that you like mine and yeah
When using B&W technique the colors would overlap each other and create a smoother, which I didn't use here.
I always pick colors from the right start and apply base shading. To put it together, I throw some effect maps
over it. I may upload the process of how I draw in this style later. Meanwhile you can have fun guessing the
techniques xD

Ok ovó I just start using B&W technique and yes, it can be pretty,
but i feel less control with the coloring, that disgust me >_<

I try to work on it as much as I can in my spare time. Before sleeping and after getting up, I write the drafts using my phone.
Later on I copy them to my pc (~*3*)~ Right now all I think about is how to develop the characters and ideas for CG art.
Guess I'm sacrificing too much on this project? XD Instead watching anime and stuff I try to be productive. It's all about
motivation and scheduling (*7*)9
Even with school I doubt you're doing homework 24/7. Even the little "breaks" count as spare time. Ehh... now it sounds
like I have no life LMAO. Jk jk, just focus on your goal and don't be distracted.

He looks handsome and attractive~! I like how he is surrounded with the daylight nature. He looks quiet and calm and really manly strong. I like his character design. The perception here is good too. I felt the scenery, the trees, they all look good and it fits well here.
