To answer your question, to do dynamic poses, this is one thing you ought to decide for yourself. Let's say... You wanna draw a Yankee girl (delinquent girl in other words).
Simply visualize it out. The poses and the expressions. How would actual Yankee girls pose? That's the key.
Although... It is a challenge to actually draw them out. That is always my greatest challenge. Able to visualize, have difficulties in drawing them out.
