Mistress Voodoo after gaining a large amount of power decided to create her own undead army so she targeted a small town aka PonyVille to start her army by spreading a variety of magical infection once done here she shall spread her plague further.

I am using my character Mistress Voodoo from my MLPTF2 Crossover Au as she is a Scream Fortress Criminal that loves the dark arts and undead wanting to be a powerful magician .
