My first upload in months! I've put in a lot practice recently and this is the result. Nothin' special here, but in comparison to my old material, the change is astounding. Expect more in the near future!Featured in Drawfriend #1215 Β on EQD! (#4)

One of the things I've found in my making things is that MLP characters are well suited to have black pupils. Coloring them requires other modifications to the eye. Proportionately the flank is slightly thicker than the bottom of the rear hoof, and the neck is also a little thicker near the base of the head.
But it's a great arrangement. Well done!

10/10 good critique, needs more lens flare - IGN
The colored pupils were more experimental than anything else, but I do agree that black is nicer to work with. For now, I'll probably stick with black pupils, at least until I get more practice with other styles. That sizing stuff is super helpful because it would have taken me a long time to notice something like that. I'll have to practice more to get those down.Β
