So here's Papyrus, in the battle. He's only wears scarf. As Sans said in general Undertale he told us that Papyrus didn't wear anything before the Fancy Party. So, in this Kittytale he've got only cool scarf(really cool for him, Sans gave him that). I think he is the way cooler than Undyne by no reason. IDK
