HOT DAMN why does this work have to take 8 frickin hours? seriously something is wrong with me O_O

i am joining an OC art contest --> [link]
which is hosted by
and this is her oc, purple queen, aka keiko or kei-chan for short
she said we could put a new outfit, so i did
i love creating new outfits

about the deviation,
i had lots of poses for kei-chan but this one stuck out (in my head) the most
it didn't come out right in the sketch at first but now it looks ok xDDD
i'm glad that the head doesn't look too disproportioned to the hair as it had before
the coloring is kinda retartded haha, there's a mix of something like cel-shading, painting, and patterns/filters
it came out pretty good although i had to adjust the exposure cos it was killing my eyes X___X
i hate the ribbon ARGH
i love the hair haha though a pain to divide it into two different stipes
i love the shoes and leggins as well *W*

the contest doesn't end till december, lots of time but i wanted to get this one done before the holidays
