here's a redraw of this old art>ΒI've been watching indigo league while working on commissions and so I've been super motivated to draw something pokemon related (also planning on some more pokemon fanart soon-ish!!)
so uh yea! this is also an experiment with lineart and shading!! I used the brush tool instead of the pen, and I used the brush to shade as well, so quite a lot different to what I normally do ;0;

personally i see a lot more emotion or 'action' in the first version, but this looks less cartoony and i like the shading! nice job : )

that's true ^^ I wanted to tone it down a little, and I really wanted to change the pose since the anatomy in the first one seemed off to me
