QWQ i would add frills at the bottom of her dress if i knew how to draw them

• Nickname: close friends or people she is familiar with call her “Lulu”

Abilities:
[Puppeteer Waltz] She is able to control peoples movements, but she has to stay focused.
(Soul Movement] She can control anything that is a doll or a puppet, but if she overuses vessel for two long it will crumble and break.
[Deceiving Eyes] Her eyes will light up blue and she will be able to compel someone to do something for awhile.
[Blinding Snap] She can blind people for 5 seconds with a simple snap and a look in the eye.

mysterious - she usually keeps a low profile and tries to avoid people who seem annoying
curious - if you bring up a topic she is interested in, she’ll keep asking you questions about it
sensitive - she isn’t really sure whether to trust people or not; and she’ll cry if you make a cruel joke because she doesn’t understand it :’D
shy - she would really like to know people better, but she’s quiet and doesn’t talk much
warm-hearted - if someone is feeling sad, she will be willing to hear the person’s problems and try to make them feel better
deceitful - she is able to deceive people with her doll-like appearance
possessive - once she gets to know someone well enough, she’ll get jealous if the person talks to someone else too much
friendly - don't be afraid to talk to her! even if she doesn't look friendly from her appearance, ;w; she likes having friends
