I don't know why I thought of combining a Pikachu with a Utahraptor. Probably because Wynaut? If you're going to complain of strange feathers, just know that dinosaurs had feathers. It's pretty much plausible that all dinosaurs had fur or feathers, as they were probably warm-blooded (or how else would they survive all those ice ages?).
