Here's my take on Grimm brothers' tale "Iron John".Iron John was a king wo was once transformed into a forest creature with a skin red like rust (the origin of his nickname). One day he was captured by another king and put in jail. It's the king's son himself (the little boy on his back here) who set him free and left the castle with him to live in the forest ...
This is just the beginning of that nice tale of course, many things happened after that, but it is better to read the tale

I absolutely love the way you work and the way you give a real body to art. Many art pieces seen in DA reflect empty sketches of cliched poses and already used up characters and characteristics. Hurts and boring to see. I tend to think art is just as deep as the artist himself...
Your work is so traditional still so different from the "norm" - exactly what I was looking to see here.
