This is a beautiful shot with a wonderful use of contrasting colours to emphasise the subject.
Vision
It's blurry, and it looks a little "too perfect" with a photoshopped effect. To me, this makes it lose it's natural edge and seems artificial. I like the contrasting tones and light as I have said, but her expression and the over-exaggeration on her face just takes away simplistic beauty which is what I tend to look for in shots like this.
Originality
It's not an original shot, but you have carried out with maturity and I like that.
Technique
The angle is wrong to me, I think maybe flipping around would help. You've got the proximity right though, and I think maybe changing the background would help illuminate the potential beauty here. Paying attention to the surrounding environment is key, and the steps which are faded out are good but they're distracting.
In all, I like the dress and I think if it wasn't so unauthentic, this would be a fantastic shot. I just think it's too glam and I'm not sure if that was your intention.

Her face is all wrong.. I feel like the picture should be soft but her face is so harsh.. not to mention entirely screaming "photo-shopped".

i dont totally disagree with the face opinion, but technically you are completely wrong, but its ok because u dont know about photography. My aperture is at f2.8, and my speed at 1/1000, so the skin is soft, and the depth of filed minimum and blurry. I didnt spent more than 5 minutes in photoshop for this picture, only to correct the contrast

Just because I don't have photos on this account, doesn't mean I know "nothing" about photography. Take a critique, christ. You can say you made it to be soft, but that doesn't change the fact that it doesn't feel that way.
It's her eyes that scream photoshop; the white is too white, unnaturally.

I wasnt offended, and i took ur critique and said that i dont disagree with the face part, but i had to tell you ,you were wrong on the photoshop part ,and explained why. Sorry but u are too selfish to admit you were wrong...
I like getting critiques, but i preffer from people that know what they say, when its about techincal part. The "general feeling" part is free for every comment and critique and its acceptable even when its made by people irrelevant to the specific art, as you are.

I have my own photography account on here, and I've taken classes for it. So please, don't get so full of your work that you think you can be a douche without cause, or any real knowledge of the person you are speaking too.

I like the view of the model! The whole adjustment lets the view of the observer always move to her eyes!
