I love the texture you created on her shoulders and the end of the dress.

there are probably a thousand more sensible questions I could ask but I've got to ask this one....what the hell is she sitting on?

Oooh, I just LOVE the way her eyes pop against this monotone palette. She looks so moody and dramatic, and you pull it off so perfectly!Β

Funny thing about those eyes, when I was first making her back in 2008, she was originally suppose to have maggots living in the yellow irises. But that became a little tricky to draw right and eventually, I forgot about them.
Delia was always the moody type, that just wants to be alone. If it weren't for Cin-cin constantly bothering her, she probably would have become a shut in...

In all honesty, I'm glad the maggots didn't get into her final design. I just feel that the eyes she has makes her more approachable, someone you can look into their soul and see who they are deep inside their heart. Or perhaps I'm looking to deep into it. She's a fantastic character that you've created.Β

The eyes are definitely the window to the soul, but for Delia's heart, it's a black empty one if that.Β
You can never look too deep into anything.
