πΆSoundtrack for thisπΆI've finally played Life is Strange (lots of people here on dA suggested me this game and a friend literally MADE me buy it
). This game left me with a lot of wounds...and feels! Here's a small tribute! - there's a gif version on my facebook! (link below)Btw, what ending did you choose?

I went with the Sacrifice Chloe ending because I saw Chloe's death as a fixed point in time where if Max (us) tried to keep delaying the inevitable, death would just continue to follow the duo until Chloe died and it would continue to kill everyone else in its path until it was satisfied.

Can't even remember how many deaths she got through the game because of her own actions. Would it have been another genre we would have probably got an option to leave her to die or shoot her ourself in the middle of first episode... or to be dragged through a window and left to die in a mine.

I wouldn't call 'Life is Strange' a game, more so an experience. It'll leave a mark on your heart. It did with me. Over the episodes, I grew to love and care for each character. Not being able to save Kate, in my first playthrough, was a tough one.
I sacrificed 'Chloe'. I mean, I spent all of 'Life is Strange' befriending many of its residents. Sacrificing the town for one life just seemed too selfish and heartless. Yeah, Chloe was a friend. But I built up many friends throughout the game. Sacrificing them just wasn't an option.
As you can probably tell, I LOVE 'Life is Strange'!

SPOILER: Late to the party, but... I tore the picture. Because I refused to give in to what I felt was a poor use of video game logic. If it's true that Max's power had resulted in the storm as a result of changing time over and over, then how on earth did they arrive at the conclusion that everything can be fixed by using it AGAIN? Even if it is to undo everything, it's ANOTHER use.
The only logical solution is to own up to your mistakes, stop using the power, mourn and move on. Heck, turn yourself in if you feel guilty enough (and think anyone would believe you), but you can't make right by doing 'just one more' wrong. It doesn't work.
So I never even felt tempted to try to save the town - I just picked up what was left of my soul and moved on. With Chloe.
