Hello, sir! The app is wonderful and easy to use! However, it has lots of problems connecting when I'm on wifi. In fact both of your apps do. Is there any way to fix that?

I have an amazing wifi connection on my device and all other apps. As soon as I turn off the wifi, it says "connected" with the green notification, but on wifi, the red notification comes down over and over saying "disconnected". No other apps have this problem. I also used it in a wifi area at a local bar and it worked fine there too. I am using an N netgear router at about 24 mbs. Any idea what is causing this problem?

It's been happening since I bought it a week ago. It happens on both my dual and single band Internet on my router, but worked in yet another restaurant today. I changed all router settings i could. I'm starting to think it has a problem with N Internet.

Not sure why that would be happening. If its working elsewhere it is related to your network settings at home.

But my network settings at home work with literally everything else. All the other places I frequent have G Internet but my house has N, so I really think that's the problem. Your app doesn't like N Internet.

My app has no differentiation between N and G. Or 3G and WiFi.
It works fine on my connection which is dual band N at 300Mbps.

Well, mister pickley, I am no app developer. I don't know which codes in the app mean what, and I don't know how the app discerns one Internet from the other. Perhaps it doesn't like net gear routers? Perhaps it is a wifi channel issue? Perhaps you may have an idea on a plist I have to edit or something to possibly fix it?
All I know is that I can't use this app in my house with my netgear n600 router, neither on the 300 mbs nor the 450 mbs ssid, the other apps work fine, and the da app works everywhere else, and that I have zero 3G and 4g coverage for sprint in my area. So I'm screwed if there isn't something that can be done. And as someone who bought both of your dA apps, I'd really like some suggestions. Port forwarding suggestions. Plist code change suggestions. Anything would be appreciated.

Sorry but I can only provide support for my apps not for general internet problems.
If it is only happening within one network it will be a confined issue to your network and nothing to do with the app itself.
Please check your network settings and confirm the app can actually connect on your WiFi or whether a firewall is preventing this.

You seem to have ignored when I said that literally every other app and device in my house works amazingly with the wifi. Have you not paid attention to uour App Store reviews? I'm not the only one with disconnection issues. Since I bought your other app as well, you really should at least make an effort to make suggestions. I have no firewall, so that isn't it.
Please give me some suggestions to fix this. It is very inconvenient for me to have spent money on this app only to have it work with this level of quality.

Please check that dAmnMobile can access the internet. It requires a different port than any other app you have. It may be blocked in your firewall settings.

I told you that I have no firewall. My router settings aren't set up to block any ports, I just checked. However, perhaps if I forwarded the port that the app uses, it might work. Which port does it use?

It uses port 3900. Try forwarding that.

I don't know if it would help in diagnosing the issue, but I downloaded hotspot VPN. While I use it, the app works perfectly on the wifi.

If it working via a VPN then the issue lies within your network. a VPN redirects traffic to avoid firewalls and such.

It just didn't DO anything for the longest time. I'd switch it on, and log in and the button didn't actually cause the action (the log in button that is), but I gave it some more time and it caught up so it's my bad- it works just fine hahaha. I must have had a shit connection.
