It says that the payment is pending - Might be due of the use of word 'Base' on the note box -- Paypal has habit of putting the payment on pending status, and check them so they're not parting in anything illegal.. For putting a damn word ''base''. Others are like persian etc. Its damn ridiculous. - Like anyone who participates on illegal actions would actually say something about the thing in the note. Anyway, I will still try to send you the bases soon. ;;
