The problem with Tales games is they either get released on consoles I don't own, or they don't make it to North America

Oh maaan, that sucks D8 Well you can play other Tales of games like Tales of Innocence in NDS emulator with English Patched, I finished it last year & Ruca acts a lot like Emil >3<
Lol I played Tales of Phantasia PS1 in my PS2 (not emulator), it was fun to play & I love the soundtracks + the characters a lot <333

I love Bei's pose as well xD it's so stiff, yet not at all! The flow of her tail and her hair and her outfit is really nice,a nd the coloring really booms out~ Love the shading and the whole concept of the picture! Great job
