There is a natural depictation of the three facets of wicca Maiden, Mother and Crone. Your's has that very distinct feeling in it. The ladies are beatiful.
The Model on the right showing the Maiden facet of youth looking to the future of uncertaincy.
The Model at the upper left show concern for both of the others by looking and contemplating the Maiden life see has left and the Crone she is to become.
The Model at the bottom who has the head wrap representing the elder facet, who has known her life as both of the other facet and has accepted them.
I say this with respect to the ladies in your picture. This is also what I interpet when I first saw it.

This is great composition. I have charcoal piece similar to this. I may have to go digging for it, and try to photo it to post. I didn't like it at the time, as it was a class project. But your photo has made me re-evaluate my opinion of that piece.
