I was meaning a wallpaper on a computer - background on the monitor. - [link] - that monitor has a background of a deer!
As for how to do it, you'd just need to resize the image to a certain resolution - e.g. 1024x1028 pixels so it will fit a screen without distortion caused by resizing. It would depend on how big the original image is though on how big you could make a wallpaper!
